Today I had my tri-annual check up for my diabetes ,heart/circulatory issues and age related concerns. Dr Nikravan as always was prepared informative and addressed my needs and concerns. For years I have seen the Dr for his specialty, endocrinology, but this last year I upped my relationship with the Dr and he is now my Primary care Dr as well as continuing care for my endocrinology needs. His attention to my needs and treatment of my chronic issues is outstanding. Additionally he listens and addresses my concerns something seldom seen at other practices certainly not at any group or HMO. I would tell anyone the same thing, if you find the means to pay for "things" you want you need to consider your health, its the most important thing especially as we all live longer. Invest in yourself, its money well spent.

Very simply unravel 20 years of medical problems with my endocrine problems. Within a matter of less than 10 minutes, he understood exactly what my problem was with my adrenals, which is complicated as I did have both mineral and glucocorticoid deficiency. When I came to the hospital my blood pressure was 80/50 and I was treated with antibiotics. Dr. Nik Ramin immediately looked at all the lab values and listen to my story and started me on the right medication. Dr Nikravan is a gifted and exceptional endocrinologist —knowledgeable, compassionate and technically outstanding in this field. To begin with, I would like to thank Dr. Nikravan for the amazing care he has provided me this past 2 years. Thanks to Dr. Nikravan I was able to save my thyroid and did not need surgery. Dr. Nikravan you are truly the BEST at what you do.
I met Dr. Nikravan about 2 years ago due to a Thyroid nodule. From my very 1st visit I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Nikravan immediately did an Ultrasound to see what my nodule looked like. Explained to me in detail how and why it looked like a suspicious nodule. Recommended a biopsy and accomodated me to his schedule within a few days. After my biopsy results came back (malignant) I was called back into his office for results and discuss the options for treatment. Removing part of my Thyroid was one of them or doing RFA. What is RFA? Radiofrequency ablation, or RFA, is a minimally invasive technique that shrinks the size of tumors, nodules or other growths in the body. RFA is used to treat a range of conditions, including benign and malignant tumors.
Given the size and location of the nodule Dr. Nikravan said I was a candidate for the procedure. I opted for RFA. Procedure itself was quick and I had an easy recovery. Whitin the 1st year there was a 82% reduction of the nodule. I then opted for a 2nd round of RFA for all remaining tissue to be zapped and as of today 1 yr post my 2nd RFA there is a 96% reduction and all you can see on my thyroid ultrasound is scar tissue. I am extremely happy with the results and that saved my thyroid. Seeing the before and after pictures of the nodule is actually mind blowing.
Doctor Nikravans Team is also very caring, knowledgeable, and attentive to all of the patient's needs. I also want to thank Melissa for being so passionate, caring and always ready to answer any questions I had. Thank you so much Dr. Nikravan and team for providing the best care and always going above and beyond for all your patient's.

Dr.Nick is the best dr for dealing with my thyroid issues. He recently did a scan on my thyroid and discovered a spot that needs to be removed. It’s affecting my swallowing and causing me to have to clear my throat frequently. He’s going to be using a new technique to remove it that doesn’t require surgery which is great. Unfortunately it’s so new that Medicare doesn’t cover it. Good news is that we are able to pay for it ourselves. I had been misdiagnosed before at other clinics as a type 2 diabetic but was soon to find out I was type 1 when I came to Dr. Sean’s office. Very helpful and professional medical team! They accommodated my needs and helped me even from 3000 miles away. I flew there to have a thyroid RFA, which was an easy and positive experience. Dr Nikraven is a pioneer of RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation). I had a large nodule on my Thyroid that was affecting my voice. Any other doctor would have done surgery and removed my Thyroid. Dr Nikraven performed RFA, non-surgical, and my nodule is almost gone. Superstar!!

Words cannot express the gratitude our family has for Dr. Nikravan, his kind and attentive staff, in addition to Julia Murphy PA-C. It took about 4 to 5 Endocrinologists over the years whom were not taking my daughters situation seriously, to find our way to this office. Turns out my daughter's situation is very serious, and could be life-threatening if not manage properly.
From our very first appointment, our daughter's care has been stellar. The attention to detail, their genuine interest in trying to help, and they're kind disposition, is so incredibly rare to find these days in the medical field. I am awe struck by the constant communication that remains open at all times, especially during times of uncertainty when my daughter's health starts to destabilize. The office is always on point in returning phone calls and responding to emails. This is such a luxury as post covid mentality has given way to medical facilities treating their patients like second and third class citizens, by not answering phones and getting back to them when it's convenient for them. Dr. Nikravan is absolutely the best! As a physician myself I refer all my endocrinology patients to Dr. Nick RaVaughn and in fact I see him myself. I went to several other doctors to try to help me with my fatigue and weight gain symptoms and I had a series of misdiagnoses until I took my own advice and went and saw Dr. Nikravan. He determined the problem with simple bloodwork and a thyroid ultrasound and within two days of seeing him I’m already feeling significantly better with the medication that he started me on!

Dr Nikravan and his team are excellent. He is triple board certified in Endocrinology & Metabolism, Clinical Lipidology, and Internal Medicine. He is very proactive and organized in managing his busy patient caseload, working closely with his assistant Tiffany (who is excellent in her own rights), by dictating notes to your chart, then carefully reviewing and explaining lab results, and your best care options. His practices is busy, but efficient, and the front desk staff are very patient-centric and helpful. Finding a great doctor is rare (!), but after almost a year of working with him, I can highly recommend Dr Nikravan.
